Return and Refund Policy
At Pea n Bay Handmade Clocks, each piece is individually handcrafted and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
The sole exception to this policy applies in the event that an item arrives damaged. In such cases, the customer must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. Upon review and verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
Pea n Bay Handmade Clocks reserves the right to deny any claims that do not meet these requirements.
